With a degree in Economics & Business Administration (Genoa, IT) and a Master on International Relations and EU Studies (Brussels,BE) Luca has more than 20 year of experience developped within public, private and non for profit sectors. His experience at Deloitte has forged his profile of strategic consultant with focus on tax at international level. In 2013, he has founded ianusGroup to support international clients to set up and manage a presence in Brussels and lobbying on energy, cybersecurity, circular economy. Passionate about megatrends he has founded in 2019 Engaging Society for Sustainability to lobby for sustainability at global level. As of 2020 he became adjunct Professor at IE University to help new leaders to set up digital business around the world with sustainable impact.

He develops his actions in three different and systemically interconnected fields:
Human; supporting the transformation of the culture and the internal processes of public and private companies, through strategic consulting, learning development plans, training, coaching and assisting the HR departments (talent management, performance review, reward systems, DEI, recruiting and selection).
Nature; carrying out projects and research, mainly on education, mobility and tourism. Planting trees and walking.
Art; playing theatre since the age of three around the world and writing essays, poems and travelogues.

With a background in Business administration, Andrea joined ianusGroup team in 2016 where he gained experience in the project management related to financials, legalities, membership for international associations, private companies and public institutions. He has also developed a deep experience with HR activities, Belgian tax compliance and management of EU projects.

Born and raised in Zaragoza, Spain although living in the Belgian life since 2018. With a background on business administration and project management, Pilar loves building relationships and support associations towards achieving growth and their goals.

Greta graduated in International Relations - European studies and joined ianusGroup team in late 2019. She has been working as strategic consultant in project and associations management focusing on energy, sustainability and Italian business network. She is based in Madrid.

With experience in strategic communication and management of membership associations, Carmen joined ianusGroup in 2024. She is based in Brussels and she loves supporting organisations and people to enhance their effectiveness and achieving their goals.

With a background in Finance and Accounting, Kinda came to Belgium to pursue a Master’s degree in International Business. She graduated and joined ianusGroup in 2020 as a consultant, and since then she has looked forward to growing and creating a good impact.

With a Masters degree in International Business at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, Andrea has the experience at working in international organisations such as CMA-CGM Inc. and Pfizer. She joined IanusGroup in 2021 as a Project Management and Administrative assistant and is currently involved in developing a global sustainable project.

With a background in European Studies and Public Policy & Governance, Benedetta pursued her studies at the heart of Europe, the Netherlands. Based in Brussels, Benedetta joined ianusGroup in September 2023. She is an enthusiastic and positive person, passionately assisting associations in realizing their objectives.

Marianna, a recent Political Science graduate from Greece, began her journey at Greece’s Permanent Representation to the EU and decided to stay in Brussels. She joined ianusGroup in September 2025, contributing to advocacy, communication and project management initiatives.

Chung has a background in finance and accounting, with comprehensive knowledge of financial instruments and analysis.
She has two Master's degrees - International Business and Accountancy - and is currently a Junior Consultant for the Administrative department at ianusGroup.

Marta is a young Italian with a background in political science. After living in Ireland, she moved to Brussels for an experience in the European Parliament and then joined ianusGroup in early 2023 to explore life in strategic consultancy. She is enthusiastic about establishing new knowledge, helping others, and supporting development and advocacy activities.

Roberto is an Italian graduate in Law from the University of Genoa. Over the years, he has gained experience working in law firms, administrative offices, and professional consulting. He has been living in Spain since 2023 and started working for Ianus Group in November 2024. He is eager to learn and grow, and he always welcomes new challenges thanks to his enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Born in Spain but half Moroccan, Judit graduated in Journalism and International Relations and joined ianusGroup in 2023. With ther interest in Geopolitics and Languages, she colaborates on advocacy and communication.

His academic path reflects his conviction that diversity and inclusion are not just concepts, but essential drivers of stronger workplaces. As an HR consultant, he is dedicated to helping organisations turn these values into practice, creating environments where people can thrive.
